Role & Responsibilities: The e-Commerce Integration Specialist’s role is to coordinate, manage, and integrate the company’s e-commerce initiatives. These initiatives include B2B, EDI, B2C online stores, e-Procurement, and general supply chain integration. This includes the development of e-commerce and e-business strategies for leveraging organizational procedures and processes via the Internet. This individual is also responsible for working closely with the company’s other business systems development staff to ensure alignment and integration with related or impacted systems.
  • Project manage the launch of transaction-based commerce applications that integrate with the company’s other business applications.
  • Integrate B2B and B2C workflow processes with Web-based applications, including billing, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment. Collaborate with business and IT teams on the approach.
  • Develop EDI on-boarding methodology; serve as the subject matter expert for any root cause analysis and resolution of processing errors between Feld and our Business Partners.
