Our Dynamics practice is enabled by a team of 50+ professionals based in UK and India. We offer full-service capabilities to support Dynamics Nav & CRM implementation in EMEA and APOC. Combining our Dynamics experience with technical expertise on SharePoint and .net platforms we are able to provide a range of solutions in addition to the core ERP implementation such as Online Ordering, Corporate Intranet using SharePoint.

The first phase for an ERP project is the Plan phase. This phase defines the project scope, resources and schedule. A successful start of a project implementation is the key to ultimate project success. During this phase, the Robosol Consulting team will assist Customer with assembling the project team, establishing the environment, kicking off the project, finalizing the project definition/charter, and developing the project schedule.

In the Design phase, the project team completes the gathering of business requirements, develops business process flows, and performs a fit/gap assessment against standard Dynamics functionality.

We will utilize design workshops to further understand Customer requirements and business processes to ensure the ERP solution will be accurate and sound. Our approach to conducting the workshops is to bring together the necessary Robosol resources and Customer subject matter experts (SME) in multiple facilitated and structured sessions.

In order to make the workshops as effective and efficient as possible, our team will work very closely with the Customer team to plan the workshop schedule and identify the “inputs” and resources necessary to conduct the workshops. While Robosol will bring some of the workshop inputs and Dynamics experience, we will also require workshop inputs from Customer such as current-state knowledge and business requirements.

In the Build phase, the custom objects are built and the project team conducts integration testing to validate the new system using the test plans developed in the previous phase.

A key component of our methodology is a rigorous approach to testing for Dynamics methodology. It provides core team members and end-users the opportunity to validate system functionality and get hands-on experience with the system. Robosol regards testing as a parallel process to development which will help the team work towards high quality output and reduce the cycling back to requirements. We also use several guides and test scripts provided by Microsoft for Dynamics testing.

In the Deliver phase, the project team conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conducts end user training, executes cutover and transitions support to sustaining operations.

Highlight : Train-the-Trainer

The Train-the-Trainer program should teach Customer how to efficiently train their peers, and help them get comfortable with the content and structure of the courses so that they can become effective Super Users, supporting the delivery of the training to a broad-base of users.

The Operate phase begins after the system and business processes go live. The project team focuses on supporting the production environment, fine-tuning the applications, reviewing lessons learned, and transitions the project team off of the project.We will perform these tasks side by side with your support organization to facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer and a smooth transition.
